What we store

When you sign up for the closed beta we store your email address, the language of the page you used, the date and time, and where you came from: the referring site and the utm tags in the link, if there were any

For spam protection we also keep a salted hash of your IP address for about an hour. The hash cannot be turned back into the address

Why

To invite you to the closed beta of Erumaru and to tell you real news about the game: the Steam page, the release, big updates. Nothing else. We do not sell or share the list

Cookies and trackers

The site sets one cookie, the CSRF token that protects the form from forged requests. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. The server counts page views per day without storing anything about who you are

How to delete your data

Write to welcome@erumaru.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove it from the list within a few days. You can also ask what we have stored about you
